Because each item at AstronomyWear.com is made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we absolutely stand behind our products and will make things right in the event of an issue.
❌ We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Buyer’s remorse or changed mind
- Color or print differences due to monitor display
- Incorrect address entered by the customer
Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
✅ We Will Replace or Refund If:
- Your item arrives damaged
- There is a printing issue or manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item or size (our fault)
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the problem
- A short description of what went wrong

What Happens Next
- If the issue is confirmed, we’ll either remake and resend your item at no charge, or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
- You do not need to return the item unless we specifically request it.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Please allow adequate time for production and shipping. If your package is lost in transit, we will do our best to track it and, if necessary, replace it.
Final Notes
Since all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for reasons outside of damage, printing errors, or incorrect items.
